Week 4

Monday- 2/22/10

Breakfast- banana bread -paleo / grapefruit juice

post wod- egg white omelet w/ veggies-- fruit, black coffee

Lunch- 2 nitrate free min. processed chix sausage- orange

snack- paleo granola

dinner- 4oz steak-- 1/2 avocado, 90% choc square w/AB


Tues 2/23/10

Lunch -- lobster w/ orange-- 90% choc sqare w/ AB

snack- 1 hb egg

Dinner- 4oz steak- brocoli-- tomatoes- 1/2 avocado


Wed 2/24/10

B- 1 hb egg pecans

snack- banana

lunch-- chips/salsa (cantina laredo)- chicken fajitas no tortilla, water

dinner - hb egg nuts


thurs 2/25/10

b- egg/egg white- strawberries

post wod- turkey breast- pecans

lunch- egg white omelet w/ veggies and ham, coffee, one piece toast (caved)

snack - sun chips @ 5pm(STARVING=-- and i'm here thru the 7pm newscast before food)

dinner- turkey breast w/ mushrooms


friday-- 2/26/10

b- egg/ nuts

lunch- chicken sausage- nitrate free minmally processed- veggies

dinner-- turkey breast (or chicken)

  1. holy moly! we are halfway through this stuff! GO US! I don't know what I'd do without our 3pm chats ;) hope you're feeling better this evening.

  2. Keep posting, keep posting! Note: too much fruit and baked goods. I know the recipes are "Paleo" but there is still too much sugar in your diet. Cut the baked goods (breads/cookies) to once a week and cut the fruit consumption in half! Replace with veggies - I like the dinners of steak and avocado!!!! Good stuff!!!!

  3. Paleo granola is basically a mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans. Really trail mix if you well :) Good job stacey!!!! You're rocking girl!
