monday-
b- egg/egg white, 1/2 grapefruit

post wod - egg white omlet with veggies, turkey sausage

lunch-turkey w./ nuts

dinner- slice pizza, banana, 90%choc square

Tues 3/2

B- banana, organic cupcake

lunch-- 2 chicken sausage nitrate free min. processed -- spinach-- 1/2 orange

dinner- (BAD) chicken fingers/french fries, diet soda (starving)


Wed
----

b- egg whites, nuts

Lunch- chicken breast w/ spinach , asparagus

dinner- nitrate free chicken sausage-- mushrooms
