Paleo: Party Or Puke?

Day 1- Feb 1st

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, pecans

Lunch: Lettuce Romaine wrapped tacos: ground beef, fresh salsa, 1/2 avocado-- paleo cookie

Dinner: Shrimp scampi drained with grilled zuchini w/olive oil-- 6 green olives

snack: 1 90% cocoa square w/almond butter


DAY 2- Feb 2

Breakfast: 2 eggs, strawberries 1 c, almonds

snack- protein powder in water w/ organic berries 1/2 cup--- paleo cookie

Lunch: shrimp w/ lime and olive oil-- grilled zuchini , orange

snack-- salted peanuts (meltdown)-- hungry

Dinner: burger grilled w/ 1/2 avocado-- salad greens w/tomatoes oil/vinegar -- 1/2 grilled zuchini and 1/2 cup pineapple


Day 3- feb 3

Breakfast- 2 eggs 1/2 grapefruit , almonds

snack: protein powder (soy) w/ water and organic raspberries, almonds

Lunch: lettuce wrap tacos w/beef and shrimp, fresh salsa and cilantro
90% cocoa square w/almond butter

snack: cucumber - 1/2 c pineapple

Dinner: grilled chicken w/ salsa- portebello mushroom w/ olive oil -

snack: 1 light babybell cheese 35 cals (meltdown)-- 1/2 snack bag pork rinds


Day 4 -thursday

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/2 grapefruit -- coffe w/ creamer

snack after wkout: 2 slices deli turkey w/ one macadamia nut, 1/2 c organic pumpkin

Lunch - 5 oz canned tuna in water, drained. with organic (carb/sugar free) mayo gluten free-- wrapped in romaine leaves (2)--
celery w/almond butter--- and 90% piece cocoa
perrier


snack: cucumber, pumpkin seeds- tea

Dinner; grilled chicken-- brocoli


Day 5 - FRIDAY

Breakfast - zone bar 1/2 c skim milk :(

Lunch - coconut shrimp (dredged in egg, almond meal and unsweet coconut) in olive oil skillet . Brocoli, perrier - 1 90% square cocoa w/almond butter

snack - cucumber, pineapple-- coffee w/cream

Dinner- chicken breast, small cup of onion soup no croutons (onion, broth, and a few shreds of cheese)- small side greek salad

tea w/ agave nectar


Saturday-- 2/6/10

B- 2 eggs 1/2 grapefruit, coffee w/cream

Lunch - chik fil a sandwich on wheat bun , 1/2 brownie :(

Dinner-- manicotti, bread, wine


Sunday 2/7/10 (bad day)

B- pancakes, bacon, coffee w/cream

Dinner- 1 organic nitrate free brat , 1/2 zuchini

superbowl snack-- 1 piece pizza, popcorn, coke
