WEEK 2

Monday- Feb 8, 2010

B- Egg white omlet w/veggies, cup of fruit, black coffee

Lunch-- chicken sausage (nitrate free, organic), 6 cold shrimp, 1/2 zuchini---- cocoa w/AB

mid afternoon- coffee w/cream

Dinner- 4oz steak, 6 cold shrimp, Portebella mushroom and cucumber, berries



Tues- Feb 9, 2010

B- zone bar

post wod - banana, paleo cookie

L- bistro salad w/ grilled chicken, one piece bread w/olive oil , 1/2 creme brulee

snack- soy chips (bad choice)

D- 4oz steak, 6 shrimp, berries


wed- feb 10, 2010

b- hb egg 1/2 grapefruit

snack- banana

lunch - 1 organic chicken sausage, 1/2 zuchini, blueberries

snack- cucumber, paleo kit (med)

Dinner- canned tuna in water drained, w/ organic canola mayo(no sugar, no carb) on romaine leaves, 1/2 avocado , pear


Thurs 2/11/10

B- banana

Lunch - deli turkey breast on romaine lettuce leaves, 1/2 avocado, blueberries-- 90% choc w/AB, coffee w/cream

snack- hb egg, almonds

Dinner- organic nitrate free chicken sausage, cucumber, strawberries



friday 2/12/10 (BAD DAY*****)
B- 1 egg/1 egg white 1/2 grapefruit--- coffee w/ cream

post wod- blueberries

Lunch-- cup of crab bisque- 1/2 cheeseburger and truffle fries (CRU) , 1/2 piece cake , coffee

snack- cookie, piece of chocolate

Dinner- grilled chicken caesar salad, water

  1. Food is looking good, Stacey- make sure to add some fat to each one, if you can. It really helps to satiate you between meals, balances blood sugar...Good work girl. How are you feeling?

  3. Sounds to me like you are getting the hang of it pretty well...nice job! All I gotta say is thank baby Jesus for AB, chocolate and wine!!
