Week 3-- mon 2/15/10

B- 1 hb egg, 1/2 grapefruit

post wod- paleo cookie 2- banana

lunch- lobster tail, orange

Dinner- hamburger patty, zuchini, cucumber, tomatoes, pecans
famous amos cookies (whoops)- perrier


tues 2/16/10

B- 1 egg/1 egg white; 1/2 grapefruit

post wod - banana, paleo cookie

Lunch- paleo kit, med--- coffee w/ cream

snack- strawberries- pork rinds

Dinner- flank steak w/ pico de gallo, guacamole- apple


Wed 2/17/10

B- 1 egg/1 egg white, 1/2 grapefruit

post wod - banana

Lunch-- hamburger beef only- homemade guacamole,
1 square 90% choc w/AB
coffee w/ creamer

snack- green beans- raw

Dinner- fried chicken wings, french fries


Thurs 2/18/10

b- banana

lunch- chef salad w/ deli turkey, small ranch dressing-- m&ms

Dinner- cuban sandwich , fruit


Friday 2/19/10

B- 1 egg/1 egg white- fruit


Lunch - grilled chicken breast, 1/2 avocado
